I did not see a lot of choices out there when it comes to Insteon thermostats. I was looking for something that wasn't too expensive, as long as it could be controlled as part of my setup.
Venstar offers a couple of choices which have the option to connect an Insteon adapter to them: the T1700 and the T1800. The main difference between the two of them is that you can program only one day into the T1700, or all 7 days on the T1800.
I chose the less expensive T1700, since having the whole automated setup makes being able to program more days on the Thermostat itself pointless, as I will want to program any schedule on my main controller anyhow.
Note: These units are just plain thermostats, they usually sell them as a kit that has the adapter you need in order to be able to control it via Insteon adapter with it .
Also, keep in mind is that they don't come with a wall plate, so make sure to get them in the size you need as well so you don't have to make an extra trip to your hardware store, or have to make another order for some plates like I did :)
